We have a reach experience in the production of special welded constructions, including complex constructions requiring verification under pressure. In the manufacture of these constructions welding templates are used to ensure the precise position of the parts. Inspection after welding is done using control templates. This ensures mutual position precision of guide and locating elements of the welded construction. After welding some items are subjected to heat treatment to remove internal tensions, if necessary. Recently different types of aircraft engines transportation stands have been manufactured. These supports have been tested for resistance with a vibrant load up to 10 tonnes. Some parts have been tested for strength using a tensile testing machine.
