The hydraulic components produced by our company are designed for the aggregates of the hydraulic machines including cranes. For bodies manufacturing carbon steel is commonly used, for valves and bushings we use alloy steel. In the technological process, for pistons, valves and bushings, a prior mechanical machining followed by the heat treatment is provided. Subsequently precise surfaces are ground and often fine lapping is used. This is how we obtain a framed dimensional precision with form accuracy of surfaces. Particular attention is paid to the conservation of these parts before delivering in order to exclude possible corrosion processes.
