The pieces of the gear transmissions

The pieces of the gear transmissions – gear wheels, pinions, gear blocks, gear reducer assemblies are designed to transmit the rotating motion from the electric motor shaft to the working bodies of the machines with changing of the rotation speed. The technological process of manufacturing of these parts includes turning, execution of involute teeth by milling or toothing, chamfering the front of the teeth, broaching of feather key nut, heat treatment followed by grinding of the inner bore diameters. The technology used allows to obtain gear wheels up to the 8th degree of accuracy. Most parts are subjected to oxidation for a better storage.
